The HOPE STORY Weekend RETREAT

What is HOPE, and why are we called to or from it?

In this special weekend yoga retreat to solstice, away from distraction and compromise, you will encounter you own value and expression of HOPE both in your daily walk, and how you meet your edge when HOPE is broken, challenged and suffered. In this workshop I trust you will come away rinsed, washed in promise and unequivocally “Stand in Awe” of all you have to offer this world. You are needed!

HOPE is

  • Wide-eyed
  • Seen
  • Known
  • Touched
  • Shared . . . in all of humanity

Your body will move slowly into the call of what your spirit and mind currently believes HOPE is. We will together build a yoga community as we journey along the story of an ancient dusty road filled with prayer, the unknown, and a lowly unlikely character that has changed many lives. Each module in this retreat will add energy in asana sequencing and engagement with peers.

Plan to be renewed and ready to serve your students and/or your community from a perspective of deeply discovered truth and compassion - you will be able to guide others to encounter HOPE in profound new ways through their own yoga practice.

Come as you are. You are welcome here.
